Mr. Milton Williams reauested that his petition fer,.;scr�'!erage be liven immediate consideration and actions as they are desperate. « Mayor Quarles assured Mr. ,Williams that a study Mould be made to determine the feasible of sewerage for QCjarles & Wills St/ and would be brough back -before council April 16. Mr. R. B. Si.•iir.?rs of Sw.ford -Road requested information as to ?,rheather a over all resurfacing of streets in Sm-,7_ na was anticapated in the near future. Motion J. E.. Johnson second D. 'M. Scarbrough that the taxi_ ordinance be adopted as presented with the following corrections and admendments: Nate: 25je' f irst 2 mile and 5d_ each .02 mile, faith meters to be used at all times, One fare to be charged, for picking -up and delivering 1 thru 5 passengers at the same address. If picked up or deliver at different location then sppera.te fares will be charged. A charge not to exceed,�!. 25� be permitted for delivery ` groceries,or packages from cab to house on passengers request. Maximum member of passengers to ride in taxi at one t_me-- 5 adults or 7 children under the age of 12 or varied combina- tions. Article # 32 admended to read Mayor and Council instead . of . Brenner reported that a meeting of the Water and Sewerage Commettee be set for Sat. morning March 31. Water & Sewerage Gommettee recommended that the east of water service for Spurgan Ware Cooper Lake Rd. be $75.00 for Meter and $75.00 for line. Motion J. E. Johnson that the speed limit be set at 35 miles per Yioar on that portion of South Cobb Dr. within the Citir limits and posted.. Voted unanimous.. Motion J. E. Johnson second A-. V..
