Motion Murray Sonenberg seconed N.E. Brenner. that no Purchase for city
be made without purchase orders requested by department head O.K. by
city enineer and processed thru city clerk, and no vender to he
paid unless purchase order No. appears on bill. voted unaminous.
N.E. Brenner reported that the trailor on Gober Terrabe had been
moved.
Motion N.E. Brenner seconed J.'. Johnson that a fee be set for those
requesting their property be reaoned at $25.00 and if requested the
second time in twelve month period of time the second request fee be
$5M-. Voted unaminousl.
Motion NQE. Brenner seconed A.V. Dolton to adjourn.
