present, Glenn Yarbrough, Harry Mitchell, C. M. Hamby, Eugene

Mr. W. A. Ward attending the meeting asking Council for water
and sewerage for app. 29 units, Road # 7 Belmont Hills.
M6t onebV'Eugene Rice seconded by Harry Mitchell to sell J. M.
Gibson pump located at spring on his property for $125.00.
Voted unanimous.
Motion by C. M. Hamby seconded by Glenn Yarbrough to have audit
verify all outstanding accounts. Voted unanimous.
Motion by Eugene Rice seconded by Glenn Yarbrough, churn. Fire
Dept.�investigate what Civil Defense will do toward helping
to establish xx' adequate fire equipment. Voted unanimous,, -
Council informed that present clerk, Mrs. Theodocion will°not
seek re-election for City Clerk.
Motion by Glenn Yarbrough seconded by C. C. Terrell to adjourn
