McEntyre that th City of Smyrna Fire Code be adopted 'as read. Attached to. these minutes' and made a part thereof. Voted unanimous. I Motion by G.R.. Yarbrough, seconded by N..E. Brenner that Sewerage be given the residence of Stephens, Mann, Church, Ha,athorne, and - • marston at $100..00. to be paid $10.00 down and remainder to be paid '10.00 per month to be added on water bill till paid.- Voting for - Yarbrough, Brenner, Voting against, Collier, Siddall and McEntyre. Motion Defeated. Motion by 17. R. Siddall, seconded 'by John Collier that these residence of Church,S-Uephens, 'M�n, Hawthorne, Marston and Dunn Street 1,7 o have been residence- as of January 1, 1954 'and on all streets where � sewerage now exist be permitted to tap on and and the fee be $75.00 per single unit, and where it is-,necessary,that this fee can be paid on an installment basis of $15.00 down and 10.00 for six months.
