Gentlemen:
Taking in consideration our present General Fund
Bank Balance of approximately $10, 000.00, and in
view of the expense to be incurred during the
rest of the year which is much in excess of our
present total and income, and being gouerned by
the statement of the Chairman of the Finance
Committee that we are financially at this time
unable to employ a seventh Policeman:
I have no other alternative than to veto your
action employing the 7th policeman.
