The Civil Service Board met October 21, 1985 at 12:00 noon, Smyrna
City Hall 'all board members were present except John E. Davis.
The purpose of this meeting was to conduct the regular quarterly
meeting. Chief R. E. Little represented the Police Department and
Chief L. W. Williams was present to represent the Fire Department.
