A.POL2020-02 Approval of the new policy titled Temporary Closure or Limited Operational Services Policy. Councilmember Travis Lindley made a motion to approve the new policy titled Temporary Closure or Limited Operational Services Policy. Councilmember Charles "Corkey" Welch seconded the motion. Councilmember Travis Lindley made a motion to adopt Resolution 2020-01 designating certain City employees as "at-risk" for the 2020 COVID-19 Pandemic, authorizing hazardous duty pay as specified in Policy Gen 6-02, approving to fund hazardous pay from Contingency until funds are depleted and utilizing Reserves upon depletion of Contingency. Councilmember Lewis Wheaton seconded the motion.
