Mayor Derek Norton called the April 7, 2020 Special Called Meeting of Mayor and
Council to order at 7:00 PM.

A.POL2020-02 Approval of the new policy titled Temporary Closure or Limited
Operational Services Policy.
Councilmember Travis Lindley made a motion to approve the new policy titled
Temporary Closure or Limited Operational Services Policy. Councilmember Charles
"Corkey" Welch seconded the motion.
The motion to approve was carried by the following vote:
Aye:Councilmember Pickens, Councilmember Wagner, Councilmember Lindley,
Councilmember Welch, Councilmember Wilkinson, Councilmember Gould
and Councilmember Wheaton

B.RES2020-01 Adopt Resolution 2020-01 designating certain City employees as
"at-risk" for the 2020 COVID-19 Pandemic, authorizing hazardous duty
pay as specified in Policy Gen 6-02, approving to fund hazardous pay
from Contingency until funds are depleted and utilizing Reserves upon

depletion of Contingency.
Councilmember Travis Lindley made a motion to adopt Resolution 2020-01 designating
certain City employees as "at-risk" for the 2020 COVID-19 Pandemic, authorizing
hazardous duty pay as specified in Policy Gen 6-02, approving to fund hazardous pay
from Contingency until funds are depleted and utilizing Reserves upon depletion of
Contingency. Councilmember Lewis Wheaton seconded the motion.
The motion to approve was carried by the following vote:
