April 4/18, 1983 Council Meeting eting of Mayor and Council was held pursuant to the Char- Smyrna City Hall. The meeting was called to order at fficer Mayor Arthur T. Bacon. All counc il members were as City Attorney Charles E. Camp, City Clerk Willouise E. Little, Acting Fire Chief Hubert Cochran, Assistant Vie Broyles. Parks and Recreation Director Sherry Reavis. Librarian Doris s. Building Inspector Larry Dunn. Civil Defense Director Jim Farley, and representatives of the press.
