Invocation and Pledge: Pastor Derek Porter, Smyrna First United Methodist Church (1315 Concord Rd) delivered the Invocation and led all in the Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Agenda Changes: There were no agenda changes. 3. Old Business: Mayor A. Max Bacon spoke about his time serving the City of Smyrna and thanked many people including family and friends.
