March 14/21, 1977 Council Meeting or Mayor and Council was held pursuant to the Charter , Smyrna, Georgia. The meeting was called to order ur T. Bacon at 7:30 o'clock P.M. All Councilmen who was out of town on business. Also present was llouise Spivey, Controller Ron Egger, Parks and Building Inspector David Granade, Police Chief Atkinson.
